STORE CREDIT: All other items are returnable for store credit within thirty days with your receipt. Threads must be in new condition, no pet hair or smoke odors please.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS: Please let us know if anything arrives damaged or is lost in shipping before protesting payment on your credit card. We track everything!
